| I recently purchased this item, and was a little disappointed when I first got it, thought it looked rather 'cheap'. Then I used it, and was very pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. I like that there are options for the thickness of the slices and that the dial is so easy to use. I also am impressed by the sharpness of the blade (as is my thumb when I failed to heed the warning to use the hand guard). All in all, I am glad I made the purchase; it makes slicing so much faster and easier. |
