The Piedmontese breed of cattle originated in the Alpine region of Northern Italy and was introduced to North America in the 1980s. With their leaner physique and heavier muscle structure, this breed produces a juicy, full-flavored beef with less fat and cholesterol than traditional beef. And when it comes to tenderness, Piedmontese beef is even more tender than Angus.
This Father’s Day, treat Dad to a sumptuous, mouth-watering steak. With beef that tastes this good, he won’t even mind grilling his own!
Thank you for your business and good cooking!
