This is the most deliciouis dijon mustard I have ever eaten. I used to get it at Williams-Sonoma, but they recently quit carrying it. After searching diligently, I am thrilled to find it.

Above mustard

This is mustard above all others. The flavor is not of mustard but something indescribable. In a vinaigrette with shallots, fresh tarragon over warm potatoes it simply moves food into another plane, another level, and if you'll forgive me, another notch. This mustard has FLAVOR. It is amazing. If there is one better out there anywhere I cannot imagine what it would taste like. This is worth whatever it costs to have; yes, it is that good.

The difference lies in the hand ground mustard seeds. The texture defines the mustard; simply an amazing treat.
