| This is like filet mignon of tuna if standard 6 oz cans are like round roast. The taste is noticeably cleaner, not too salty, and the texture of the fish is presentation worthy and consistent. Flakes nicely and needs little augments for a real salad treat. If you can tell the difference for really good halibut or dolphin fish, this is worthy meat. |
