What today is The Artisan Table began 18 years ago with a single product line - French chef's knives forged in Thiers. Eric, one of France's few remaining master knife makers, has created these special knives as a tribute to our collective past, present, and future.

These ceramic knives will retain that sharp edge much, much longer than stainless steel blades. Zirconium oxide is what makes Kyocera ceramic blades so exceptional. Second in hardness only to diamonds, they stay razor sharp and will not react with foods. Crafted in Japan.
