Forschner 8" Cook's Knife With Fibrox Handle

Exceptionally high-quality stamped knives, Forschner is THE name known throughout the meat packing and fishing industries, as well as to countless food service professionals. These particular knives are made by Victorinox of Switzerland. They have been making kitchen cutlery since 1891, before the invention of their now famous Swiss Army Knife.
