| I have been wanting one of these for awhile now. This is fantastic. Two nights ago I cooked chicken cutlets on the block, last night I did a flank steak, and tonight I am doing jumbo shrimp. It just doesn't get any better than cooking on a salt block. There's nothing to it.
I am going to order another one of these for fruits and cold items.

| Another fun, useful salt block! Put this one in the oven on 350, cooked flounder on it. Holy Moly...it was wonderful. I love the taste of this salt. Very smooth. Great purchase. |
