When you call one of our customer service associates located on Connecticut’s shore, you are speaking to a trained individual, dedicated to answering any questions you may have about the product. If, however, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. To return an item, please follow the instruction on your packing slip to return it within 60 days for your choice of a refund or exchange. Refunds are made for full merchandise value only. Shipping & handling and gift wrap charges are non-refundable. If you do not have your packing slip, please call for a return authorization number. We cannot process your return without either a completed return form or a return authorization number. If your package is damaged in shipping, please call for a replacement and we will give you further instructions at that time. Items that are personalized, produced to your specification, or special ordered are not returnable. Items shipped directly from our artisans may be subject to a restocking charge.
