The front overhang lets you neatly sweep cuttings directly into a bowl, while the raised back prevents food from rolling off. The reverse side has a deeply routed groove around the perimeter to capture meat juices when carving. 1.25" thick. 16" x 17" Board.

| This cutting board is a cook's dream! It fits neatly over the counter and doesn't slip or
slide. If you are familiar with John Boos maple boards, you will know it is of the highest quality and definitely must have been designed by a female. The cutting space is large enough to handle most projects. The reverse side is perfect for slicing the roast and capturing the meat juices in the groove around the board. It is easy to clean and care for. |
