The Must-Have Pan For Breakfast
This skillet is designed for omelets, crepes and pancakes. The sloping side and large interior surface diameter make it easy for reaching in with a spatula. The non-stick surface is made from real diamond crystals, giving you the most scratch resistance of any non-stick on the market. 9" diameter.

| I have followed instructions for treating before using and have found in using this twice since purchase that eggs stick. Item seems to be made very well but for making omelettes . . .
way over priced. |

| My mother had this pan first and I would use it every time we went to visit, it was wonderful for cooking eggs. Very easy to clean I really wanted one of my own. thankfully my mother gave me one for Christmas and it now sits on my stove, I use it so often I don't even put it away! |

| We own many Swiss Diamond products which are the best cookware we have ever had. They retain their heat, cook evenly, and are extremely easy to clean. This breakfast pan is a favorite as omeletes literally slide out on to your plate. Love it! |

Not for my breakfast--Swiss Diamond Breakfast Pan

| The description of this pan is inadequate and misleading. "Sloping side" does not clearly describe this pan, which has walls (sides?) of approximately three-quarters of an inch high on half of its circumference with the other wall (side?) of the pan approximately 1-1/2 inch high. As configured, this pan is designed to be used by right-handed cooks only. The printed description on the manufacturers box is not "Breakfast Pan" but something closer to "crepe pan". I expected a versatile, well balanced pan with sloping walls of the same height. I cannot cook MY breakfast in this pan, which will not allow me to scramble eggs or stir oatmeal with out spilling the contents over one wall (side?). With its oversized handle, much too large for the small amount of food weight and volume the pan will accommodate, I was unable to use the pan. I returned it for these reasons. The rating of a "2" is to acknowledge the value of the Swiss Diamond cooking surface only, not the balance or function of the pan itself. With the hefty weight of the pan, return postage made this an expensive failed investment. |

| PThis an is certainly not worth $120.00 (Original price) and even $79.95 pushes the envelop. It is far to HEAVY. Having purchased other Swiss Diamond cookware which were excellent -- this Breakfast Pan was/is a real disappointment. |

| This pan gets used a lot. Pancakes, eggs, melted cheese sandwiches and even crepes. It cleans like a champ and the non stick surface is as durable they say. The very flat bottom and the glass top of my electric stove work together wonderfully. I have also used it on friends stoves from ordinary apartment stoves to monster Viking gas ranges and it works like a champ. |
