Serves 4
4 plum tomatoes chopped
8 fresh basil leaves minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. Riserva Balsamic Vinegar
8 cloves of Black Garlic minced
Kosher salt to taste
8 slices French bread cut into 1/2" thick slices
- In mixing bowls, combine the tomatoes, basil, olive oil, Riserva Balsamic Vinegar and Black Garlic. Season with salt to desired taste.
- Place cut bread on a baking sheet, drizzle each slice of bread with a little olive oil and place under broiler until toasted for 1 minute, turn and broil another minute.
- Place toasted bread on serving platter, top each with the bruschetta and serve immediately.
