Best chef's knife I've ever used!

I cook six days a week now. Over the past 25 years I've owned a bunch of 6" and 8" chef's knives including Henckels, Global, Chroma, and Shun. This one is the champ. Light and nimble, yet with sufficient heft. The kullens make dicing sticky foods like potatoes a breeze. It holds and edge admirably, and resharpens easily.
